I’m Nikolai Hüsch, the eye and ear behind shotbynikolai. I started in audio engineering and spent a decade in post-production before moving into photography and film. That technical grounding shapes everything I do: clear pre-production, precise lighting, calm direction on set, and polished delivery. I work across architecture & interiors, events & weddings, product, culinary, portraits, and travel/lifestyle, producing stills and motion for campaigns, websites, social and editorial. Clients range from global brands to early-stage startups; the constant is craft, reliability and a problem-solver mindset. Based in Barcelona and available worldwide, I connect sound, image and story to create content that’s clean, emotive and on-brand—built to convert, not just to impress.
